Rachael began playing guitar at the age of 9. Over the years, she developed her skills further by taking private lessons and performing as a singer/songwriter. She gained performance experience across the US area by playing at such venues as heavy anchor and E Free church with acts such as Kat King and John Justus. Though Rachael can teach many genres of music, her musical personal favorites are which had great influence on her style of playing. Rachael loves music because it goes beyond words and loves teaching guitar, as music is what connects us all. It is the universal language! Rachael provided instruction to both my kids for a few years. She developed a great age appropriate they are 12 and 14 relationship with both of them that helped keep them engaged. We started with lessons in home before moving to virtual during COVID. She was able to develop lessons tailored to each of their skill levels and learning paces.
