I started piano at the age of 5. As I grew older, I continued to take lessons until I moved away for college at 17. I started teaching students after I got married to a wide age range ages 6-45. I mostly taught my neighbors who were interested in lessons! My goal was for my students to enjoy lessons and develop a passion for playing the piano. When I get to know my students, I know what they are capable of and want to give them what they can handle. I currently have a couple of students in person and virtual, so I am comfortable teaching both ways if needed.

I was taught privately until leaving for college, then continued private lessons through an on-campus program.
Private Education:
I was taught in my home as a child and progressed from there.
Performing Experience:
I had a yearly piano recital and performed bi-yearly in church organizations or as an accompanist for various programs in school and for friends.
Experience Teaching:
I started teaching students at the end of 2013 when we lived in California. We moved in 2018 to Las Vegas and continued to teach students after moving here.
