Stephen has always loved music from an early age. He began singing at the age of nine and continued his education by playing live at open mics beginning at age 14. His musical influences include voices such as Robert plant, Freddie Mercury, Sam Cooke, Chris Cornell and many others. Stephen's favorite thing about music is connecting with others, creating new songs, collaboration with artists of varying styles and his favorite thing about teaching music is helping other musicians and music enthusiast to find their own voice. When taking lessons with Stephen you can expect connection and support-a partner on your path to learn your voice. Formal Education:
I am practicing musician. I make it my mission to connect with my sound everyday and to improve my skills wherever I can. I have not gone to school for music but I eat, sleep and breathe it.
Private Education:
I am proudly self taught. I have dedicated my life to music, and I think that will be evident to my students.
Performing Experience:
I have been performing solo and with local bands since I was 14 yrs of age. Now 35, I have been and am always working to perfect my craft.
Experience Teaching:
I have had the pleasure of instructing friends and loved ones in the ways of vocalizations and song writing with success and experience that has made me confident in my ability to bring an informative and enriching experience to my students.
