Hi, my name is Corey. I’m an instructor from Clearwater Florida. I have been a student of music for well over 40 years and a full time instructor / performer for over 36 years. My musical influences include Rock, Jazz, Blues and Country and I also enjoy Classical. My teaching style can best be described as empathetic and my teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that playing should be challenging and fun. In my lessons, you can expect to learn all aspects of playing, from songs, technique, theory and most importantly about yourself as an artist. I like to help my students understand patience, but to learn to believe in themselves. My favorite thing about teaching is the connection between the student and instructor. Students love that I joke and have fun during the lessons. I primarily teach Guitar, Bass, Piano and I also teach Drums. My approach as a teacher is to inspire and motivate each and every student.
