Matthew has always loved music from an early age. He began playing drums at the age of 11 and continued his education by joining his church band and becoming the music minister at the age of 20. His musical influences include John Bonham from Led Zeppelin and Travis Barker from Blink-182. Matt's favorite thing about music is the magical moments where it moves him. One of his favorite teaching experiences was seeing a student practice a lesson and see their own progress which excited them.
