Jesus has always loved music from an early age. He began playing guitar at the age of 13 and continued his education by taking private lessons and then obtaining an A.A. Degree in Music performance and education from the New World School of the Arts at Miami Dade Community College His musical influences include Classical, Blues, Rock and Alternative. Jesus's favorite thing about music is the ability to inspire and connect with others in a positive manner and his favorite thing about teaching music is seeing and hearing his students develop musically and becoming more confident in their instruments. One of his favorite teaching experiences was seeing a very young student start as a total beginner and later being the invited by his parents as an older teenager to see him perform on stage with his very own band live in front of hundreds of people.
