I'm Benjamin and I've been making music for most of my life. I started studying as a drummer and percussionist at 11 years old and playing the drums is still where I feel most at home. However, in order to write songs, I picked up guitar and a learned a little piano from the age of 16. I've played guitar and drums as well as sang with several local acts and even professionally played percussion in a few musicals. I taught at the School of Rock in Dublin for 3 years as a drum, guitar, bass, piano, and occasional vocal instructor. By the time I left I had the most students of any teacher there, ages 6-60+ and from entry level to advanced, and have been able to adapt to myriad disparate genres.
