I am a third-year undergraduate Music Performance Major looking to expand my teaching career as well as cultivate as much performance experience as I can. My dream is to become an orchestral flutist, open up my own private teaching studio, freelance private events, and maybe one day become a collegiate Flute Professor. I have four years total experience with private 1 on 1 teaching, as well as group masterclass teaching experience at Cornerstone Classical Academy for one year. I work well with students of all ages. My teaching philosophy is to encourage my students to be as creative and self-reflective as possible. It is most important to me that I help my students adopt an optimistic and curious mindset when it comes to solving difficult challenges so they can keep motivation high and become resilient.
