Hi, my name is Bryant, and I am a French Horn/Piano Player from Orange, TX. I have been a student of music for 11 years. My musical influences include classical, and I also enjoy contemporary music. My teaching style can best be described as detail-oriented and meticulous. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I am very passionate about music. In my lessons, you can expect to learn anything from basic fundamentals to intermediate-advanced levels of literature. I like to tell my students how important it is for them to want a passion in music. My favorite thing about teaching is getting to see my students learn and evolve through music.
My favorite performance was my senior recital in my last year of college. My students love that I am very down to earth and easy-going with them. I primarily teach French Horn, but I can also teach Piano at an intermediate level. My approach as a teacher is to invoke passion and love for music in people to help them communicate in nontraditional ways. Thanks for taking a look at my profile. Hope to meet you soon!

What to expect in my Orchestral Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
Beginner-Advanced Lessons: French Horn Beginner-Intermediate Lessons: Piano I am primarily a French Horn player, but I also studied Piano during my time in college. I can help maintain performance etiquette and efficient practice methods to ensure a consistent growth and passion for either instrument.
Formal Education:
I received a bachelor's degree in music performance from McNeese State University in May 2024. I am looking to pursue my master's degree in music performance with a concentration in French Horn in the future.
Private Education:
During my time in college, I received private lessons in French Horn for 5 years. I also took Piano classes for the first 3 years of my degree and received private lessons for the last 2 years as a part of the degree plan for performance majors at McNeese.
Performing Experience:
I have performed with the McNeese Wind Symphony, Acadiana Symphony, McNeese Symphonic Band, and McNeese Choirs. I have also performed with the Louisiana Choral Foundation. For solo/small ensemble work I performed two recitals while in college, which I mainly played French Horn, but I also performed one Piano piece on each recital for my secondary instrument which was notably not required of me as a Performance major.
Experience Teaching:
I have taught piano and french horn privately in person and via webcam for years.
