Quinn's mother enrolled him in piano lessons when he was seven years old, leading to a lifelong love of music. He began drum set lessons a few years later and developed a love of Jazz on both instruments. He began teaching lessons while he was in high school, sharing his passion with others, and studied Jazz at BYU-Idaho in 2017. Quinn Has had over 20 students of different ages and abilities throughout his time teaching piano and drums and has honed his abilities as a teacher over several years. Some of his favorite composers and musicians are Edward MacDowell, Thelonious Monk, Max Roach, and Jack Stratton.
