Hi, my name is Veronica and I am a singer from Lakeland, FL! I have been a student of music for 14 years. My musical influences include anyone that melds multiple genres like Jacob Collier and I also enjoy pop opera and Voctave’s a capella. My teaching style can best be described as flexible and catered to each individual student. My teaching philosophy can best be described by saying that I want all of my students to have fun and enjoy the learning process. In my lessons, you can expect to learn things ranging from breathing exercises, incorporating movements and expression into your singing, and just playing around with sounds til we find what best suits your voice. I like to tell my students to do their bests and not be afraid of sounding silly. My favorite thing about teaching is getting to witness the growth of each student— for them to see how far they’ve come. My favorite performance was getting to sing in a live orchestrated Lord of the Rings Concert at the Dr. Phillips Center in Orlando. My students love that I always personable and enthusiastic. I primarily teach voice, but I can also teach beginner piano if need be. My approach as a teacher is to take things day by day and try to find a balance of types of exercises for each student.
