What to expect in my Keyboard and Piano Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate
Students will expect teachers to assess the student's current skill level, even if they're a complete beginner. This helps tailor the lessons to their needs. Introduction to basic piano concepts, such as the names of the keys, basic hand positions, and simple finger exercises. Discussion of the student's goals and interests in learning piano, which helps in creating a personalized learning plan. Information about the necessary materials, such as method books, practice routines, and any additional resources that may be needed. Guidance on effective practice habits and how to make the most of practice time at home.
