Perry has always loved music from an early age. He began playing guitar and violin at the age of 12 and continued his education by graduating with a Bachelor's of Music at Oklahoma State University. After graduating, Perry spent the next 10 years as a professional performing musician while teaching studio lessons. His musical influences include 70s/80s progressive rock/psychedelic rock Rush, Yes, Pink Floyd etc., modern progressive metal Polyphia, Periphery, etc. and classical/jazz standard repertoire. Perry's favorite thing about music is it is a universal language that has the ability to connect people and bring joy and happiness to everyone!
