Dakota is a professional freelance trombonist in the New Orleans area. He has played various styles such as Salsa, Classical, Jazz, top 40, and more to meet the demands of gigs. Dakota has a Masters Degree in Jazz Studies from the University of New Orleans and a Bachelors degree in Trombone Performance from the University of Arkansas Little Rock. His Passion for playing spills over into a passion for teaching the trombone with a strong belief in core fundamentals that will help to prepare you both for a variety of gigs and sharpening of your voice on the trombone. Take your playing and enjoyment of the instrument to the next level.
