What to expect in my Song Writing Lessons
I have over two hundred songs playing all parts myself in my home studio. Songs include guitar, bass guitar, steel guitar mandolin, ukulele, and keyboards. Students will learn cord progressions, music theory, harmony and melodic development.

With over 30 years teaching students of all ages and levels my approach to teaching is tailored to the individual student's needs and ability. while making learning fun. Fostering strong relationship with parents by providing clear communication regarding expectations for practice outside of lessons. I make sure to integrate music literacy skills such as note reading or tablature into lessons in order to increase understanding of music.
