Hi, my name is Tim. I am a guitarist who grew up in Maryland and have been involved in music since I could first join my school's band class in 3rd grade. I picked up the guitar in 2011 and have been glued to it ever since. Over the past 13 years, I have met many professional guitarists who have all given me great advice over the years. I spent my time in high school taking classes under a professional guitarist who guided me towards better playing ability, and very in-depth knowledge of the instrument. Watching him teach others how to play guitar who had never picked one up before gave me insights into how tricky that can be. From that, I began giving friends lessons over the past few years to gain experience in teaching others, and I have learned a lot from those lessons. I am very excited at the prospect of becoming an instructor through this company and I can't wait to share my knowledge with new players!
