Jerick has always loved music from an early age. He began playing piano at the age of 10 and continued his education by attending Oklahoma City University. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Music with emphases in piano and organ performance in 2023. He is now in pursuit of his Master of Music at Berklee College of Music and expects to graduate in 2026. His musical influences derive primarily from classical piano training, but he also enjoys listening to a wide variety of genres in his pastime. Jerick's favorite thing about music is the way it has the ability to transform our moods, thoughts, and feelings. His favorite thing about teaching music is seeing the hard work of his students pay off when they achieve a sound that they didn't even think was possible.
