I began teaching in 2018 at a community music school at my undergraduate and fell in love with it. Even though a significant portion of my music career has been playing, I'm looking to build my personal local studio and continuing my teaching path. I've had students stay with me for currently 5+ years. Making a connection with not only the student but their family is crucial to my teaching philosophy. Support, encouragement, and consistency are key and building that relationship tends to foster these ideas. From cruise ships to local churches, I played it all. Having performed internationally, I bring a diverse skillset with the ability to adapt my teaching style to each student and their needs.
