Owen has been playing music from a young age, and has played professionally since age 13. A former University of North Texas Jazz student, he moved to Philadelphia to continue his studies and has been playing around the area in multiple bands. Owen taught for two years at Amped School of Music in his hometown of Fargo, North Dakota, and has experience teaching students of all ages. He is most passionate about equipping his students with the tools to grow independently further along their music journeys.
