I have always loved music from an early age. I began playing Piano at the age of 4 and sang since I was in Middle School. I continued my education all throughout university in which I later received my Bachelor's degree. My favorite thing about music is having the outlet to express myself through performing, and my favorite thing about teaching music is being able to see how my students' grows through the concepts I teach, and having their face light up as they continue to improve, alongside enjoying themselves in the process the way I did when learning Music. One of my favorite teaching experiences was teaching UTEP's Young Children's Choir an Indian Folk song, breaking down the lyrics and dance steps for them to have fun and being constantly engaged. When taking lessons with me, you can expect not only the proper skill set you need for singing, but gaining the confidence to express yourself and perform as well. What to expect in my Vocal Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
The focus is on improving their vocal technique and building on their vocal range, including exercises such as breath support and proper posture all while exploring different musical styles and repertoire. In the process of all this, they will also learn to have fun and let loose as they learn to sing at ease as they gain the experience of preparing for a performance more and more overtime gradually building upon their confidence.
