What to expect in my Drum Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate
Beginners will be evaluated on their proficiency in basic hand/foot coordination, time/tempo, rudiments, basic knowledge of reading sheet music, and then applying these skills to the drum kit. Intermediate students will also be evaluated on rudiments and time/tempo. They will be expected to be proficient in reading sheet music as it applies to the drums. From there, we'll be getting into more intricate hand/foot patterns, "feel" and "pocket", dynamics, and other tools to expand the student's vocabulary on the kit.

B.A. in Theatre Performance from the Johnny Carson School of Theatre and Film, University of Nebraska-LIncoln

Over 30 years of performance experience across the continental United States.
