Have been involved in music mostly all of my life. My father is a professor of music and my mother is a retired music teacher and conductor. I started out in the Suzuki strings program at 3 years old on violin. Took piano lessons for 2 years and still play. I took lessons and played trombone for 8 years in the public school system. I started playing bass guitar and double bass when I was 12 years old. I played professionally and was a member of the American Federation of Musicians. I have performed thousands (literally) of concerts and shows with numerous instruments. My focus instrument and most experience is with the bass guitar and double bass. I have played and performed most genres of music with an emphasis in contemporary music. Currently, I am the primary singer/songwriter in a group called the Green Ridge Runners.
