Hi, I am a two-time Grammy winning recording engineer. I also studied classical piano for 8 years. I like to tailor my lessons around the students learning capabilities. I am hard on myself and I am hard on my students. However, I am also very patient, non-intimidating and fair. We can make the lessons as hard or as easy as you desire, depending on your needs. The first time we meet will be an assessment to see what level you are at and how best to proceed. Homework will be given after each lesson along with a review for the student and parent in case of a child.

I am a top graduate of the Conservatory for the Fine and Performing Arts where I was among the top 3 of my class.
Private Education:
I began my study of music with my grandmother, Flora, a concert pianist. After her passing, I decided to pursue classical piano even further at a local conservatory run by a prominent opera singer Carmela Altamura. My recording education is a culmination of hands-on learning with formal classes throughout my career of nearly 25 years.
Performing Experience:
Various local bands throughout NJ as a keyboardist. Studio musician.
Experience Teaching:
I taught in-home private piano lessons as well as at the Cranford Music Guitar Center for 2.5 years. I have taught pro audio on the college level for 2 semesters, and continue to teach privately in student's homes on their equipment.
