I have been playing in the Oklahoma City area for the last 20 years. In 1999 won the OKC Gazzette best of OKC winning the best local music group.
Don He. has over 30 years of music experience in the Oklahoma City area.
Don He. is proficient in and teaches Bass Guitar Lessons .Formal Education:
Classically trained at The University of Central Oklahoma where I was a memeber of the UCO Orchestra for 6 years, member of the Wind Ensemble for two years, member of the Chorus for a semester (being the featured accompanist for spring concert). I also was a member of the Jazz band for 3 years. In 1990 I won the Principal chair at the Clark Terry Jazz Camp.
Private Education:
At my time at UCO I studied with the Principal chairs of both the OKC and Tulsa Philharmonic.
Performing Experience:
I have performed with many groups in the OK C area including The Martini Kings, Bannana Seat,Kinky Slinky, Shotgun Rooster, Jet Set Kings, Jenny Richelle, and many more
Experience Teaching:
I have taught for a short time at Charlie Rail studios back in the mid-ninties. I taught both bass guitar and had a Rock class.
