In addition to 35-years experience playing guitar in live and studio settings, I have 25 years experience writing and producing TV, Radio and Print for high-profile clients. 10 years on Madison Avenue. Extensive experience in all aspects of broadcast production and creative. National and international advertising awards include London Awards, Clio, Addy, AICP, Andy, New York Festivals, International Broadcasting Awards and International Radio Festival of NY. Served as music director for many of the world's largest ad agencies on the world's largest accounts - including Budweiser, Miller, AT&T, American Express, Peace Corps., Xerox, Philips Electronics, KFC and many others. I've produced music for ads directed by Ridley Scott, Tony Scott and Gus Van Sant among others. Produced music with over 150 recording artists including the late Wilson Pickett, Sam Moore, the late Bo Diddley, Stephen Stills, Rod Stewart, Joe Walsh, Dave Edmunds, Paul Carrack, Leon Russell, the Allman Brothers, Eric Burdon, The Chieftains, the late Robert Palmer, Johnny Winter, Bootsy Collins, Phillip Bailey, George Clinton, Big Daddy Kane, Nile Rodgers, Tower Of Power, George Jones, Dr. John, Etta James, The Neville Brothers, B.B. King, The Judds, Marty Stewart, Vince Gill, Squeeze, the late Carl Perkins.....and many others. Also served as music director on tour-sponsorship ad campaigns for The Rolling Stones, The Who, Rod Stewart, and Jimmy Page and Robert Plant. Performing Experience:
35-years-experience playing every sort of gig imaginable. Played in bands and opened for Asleep at The Wheel, Squeeze, David Johansen, Clem Snide and and many others. College choir sang for US President Ford. Played in clubs in NYC for 10 years.
Experience Teaching:
Taught guitar in St. Louis Missouri 1980-1985. Recently in Louisville, KY from 2005 to present.
