Hello! I'm Steve. I am a guitar enthusiast who is in it for the long haul. My influences come from many reaches of the musical world. My playing styles come from the delta blues, such as Muddy Waters, Robert Johnson, to Stevie Ray Vaughan, and Jimi Hendrix, and Jimmy Page. I have studied these players for numbers of years and love to spread the knowledge I've gained. Also, I go into jazz, Such as Pat Metheny, Jeff Beck, Les Paul, and Wes Montgomery. I am a lively, energetic person, who wants nothing more than for you to enjoy playing. I know it can get overwhelming while studying.. I want to make you feel at home, and find the best relationship you can with your instrument.

Stephen S is proficient in and teaches Guitar Lessons, Bass Guitar Lessons, Vocal Lessons .Formal Education:
I have studied in community college for a total of 3 years. I still take classes to keep my mind in tune with the music.
Private Education:
I started taking lessons when I was 10 Years old. I had the same teacher in Oberlin Ohio for 7 years. This taught me basics of theory and chord construction. I now study in Tremont, Ohio once a week. My Education on this instrument is an ongoing, journey that will take me as far as I let it. We are all students.
Performing Experience:
I've played in blues groups, rock groups, experimental groups. I play out 5 times a week at various venues/ bars/ jam nights. I have performed at music and arts festivals as well. I can bring this element to willing students.
Experience Teaching:
I have taught the guitar to any willing pupil I've come across. Some professional, some casual. I can say that, those who have worked with me know that I want you to play well for yourself. Ill give you the tools to tackle the sky.
