I have been playing the drums for 13 years now and have played in many different groups from rock to jazz to gospel, I have even been in community orchestras. I teach people to be relaxed and focused to bring out their full potential to where nothing is a mistake just a learning experience, I support getting out of the comfort zone in music to experience every side of the beat and being able to turn around grooves, to catch yourself in live situations.
StephanG has over 2.5 years years of music experience in the Nashville area.
StephanG is proficient in and teaches Drum Lessons .Formal Education:
6 years of orchestral training.
Private Education:
Worked with gospel and jazz on the drum set at churches and in private sessions.
Performing Experience:
Have played for church groups, in metal bands, bluegrass, funk, and currently working with an experimental group. I also do studio work recording with different bands and filling in for live shows.
Experience Teaching:
Have taught many beginner to intermediate drummers.
