I began playing drums about eleven years ago as a freshman in high school and quickly became hooked on rhythm. Graduated as one of the top musicians of my class and went on to study at Berklee College of Music. After studying for two years under some of the greatest in the business, I returned to my home town of Sacramento to continue giving lessons and playing in local bands such as The Antioch Synopsis, and more recently I've relocated to North Dallas to play for Dei Aemeth. I can play and teach a variety of styles, however i specialize in techniques (form, posture, breathing), speed and control, odd time signatures, polyrhythms and polymeters.
