Ernesto is a Musician drummer from Colombia Who was raised and grew up in Bogotá surrounded by A musical family. Starting AT 13 Years old to play drums. H Developed his aptitude playing rock and pop since then at 17 years old , He started studying music at the university (at the 17 years old he was already) Starting playing with small bands. he became a professional drummer studying with several international drummers jazz And pop gender as well as some folklore gender with Colombian native music.
He is Now a CARNIVAL CRUISE LINE'S drummer and actively performing With his music as independent drummer.
Ernesto F has over 18 years of music experience in the Miami area.

MI’s Associate of Arts in Performance degree (six quarters/90 credit units) provides technical skills, musical knowledge and live-show experience that prepares students for a wide range of creative opportunities as professional musicians. This vocationally-oriented* degree is designed to develop contemporary music performance skills for: Bass Drums Guitar Keyboard Technology Vocals
Private Education:
I have Attended and completed an Associate Degree on Music Technical from Universidad Javeriana 1997 and successfully completed a Concentration in Drumming from Fernando Sor Academy 2002. Since then I’ve been participated in different Professional development opportunities that are providing me techniques and methodologies in various musical styles. as well as many importants modern drummers private lessons.
Performing Experience:
Forr the past 14 years I’ve been playing with different groups and bands around my country Colombia, South America and lately had the opportunity to play as a Showband drummer for the Carnival Cruise line in the United States. The experience varied from a Studio Drummer where more structured and scheduled lesson are imparted and teaching techniques are used to demonstrate others how to approach percussion. But as a Live Drummer the experience is totally different, as a musician, you need to adapt your stylishness to the style of your band; balancing the sounds, following the flow of the group, adapting and accommodating the rhythms to the moment on stage. Following that idea, my experience with the Carnival Cruise band has been amazing, giving me the professional opportunity to meet, play and share musical experiences with musicians from all over the world that speak different languages but we all can synch when the show is on. I had a great experience preparing for production shows with click over sequences paying a lot of attention to the changes of times and genders, to accurate performs on stage for shows and live music.
