Nathan has taught music since 2000. Trained as well as interned with VMC School of Music. He specializes in theory & and sight reading, as well as beginning-intermediate piano & organ, keyboard, bass guitar, acoustic guitar, violin, flute, & drums. He emphasizes fundamentals & gears lessons to each individual student's needs & learning of all styles including gospel. Has experience providing both private and group lessons in schools, homes, summer camps,and child care programs. Nathan has been featured as a pianist guest with soloists on Daystar TV and weddings. Played in crusades/conferences across the country, including in St. Thomas, USVI. Music Instructor in a private school Brookhallow Christian Academy. Has managed his own studio with over 50 students for over 10 years. Nathan has received grants for his work, from various programs such as DARS Assistive and Rehabilitation programs, MHMRA, 21 Century after school programs (up to 10 students a group). Nathan has served as a music director at The Rock Ministries providing musical service as a keyboardist & organist for 15 years. Served as Executive Director of Music Dept UAAF. Has also taught K-12 in the Fairbanks School District area.
