I have been taking music lessons since I was 5 years old I started on piano then moved on to the drums and have been playing for almost 12 years. I was a member of the Drumline at my high school playing in both the PIT (Marimba/Vibraphone) for two years and then move to the Snare Drum and finally the Quints. At Robert E Lee (my high school) I also played in the Orchaestra, the Wind Ensemble, the Concert Band, and the Jazz Band. In my Junior year of I was the drummer for the University of Texas at Tyler's Big Band despite my age, and I have also worked with the Tyler Youth Orchestra and East Texas Symphony. My teachers at Berklee include Tony Thunder Smith (Lou Reed), Marko Djordjevic (Sveti) and Alberto Netto (independent).

I have had private instruction on both the drum set and on orchestral percussion since I was 10. My teacher in high school Robert Crutchfield was and is a major orchestral drummer for Symphonies and Orchestras all throughout the southern US. I have taken private lessons with Ian Froman (prominent jazz drummer from NYC) and Thomas Pridgen (The Mars Volta). Currently I'am continuing my education at Berklee College of Music with a scholarship for drumming and will be studying with Rod Morgenstein (Dixie Dregs) in the spring.

I have been playing in bands since my junior of high school. My first band Off the Cuff played around the circuit in my home town of Tyler Texas and had a small tour around east Texas. When I came to Berklee I started playing with local bands Call Me Doxy, Bourne, and Paul Brown and the Killing Devils. I have experience as both a drummer and vocalist in the studio working with Paul Brown and the Killing Devils, Bourne and several untitled projects at different studios around Boston. I am currently in the process of recording my passion project, Atticca's first LP which should be available in May. I also write my own music on guitar and play gigs by myself and with singer/songwriter Sarah Munger.

In highschool I had 3 steady drum students every week and had been doing small clinics for my peers in the band at Robert E Lee. I have a lot of experience teaching children from my years as a camp counselor, as a pack leader in Boy Scouts and
