Terrible Communication
We booked lessons and paid for the whole month, with a start date confirmed. We were told that Pam would call us a few days prior to the first lesson to discuss logistics. No call, no response from booking, nothing. We have heard nothing since we paid and now we have a very disappointed child and pretty annoyed parents. wrote on Sat, 25 Jan 2025
