Eric J. Wr.

Eric has been performing since the age of six on piano and guitar at 8. After years studying music theory he took classical guitar lessons with renown performers Lou and Yasmin Mowad at Broward Community College and then continued his studies at the University of South Florida in Tampa where he performed locally in various bands and ensembles. After college, Eric toured with a fusion band throughout the Southeast, performing at festivals such as Burning Man and the Spirit of the Suwannee River Festival in 2002. He began teaching at Associated Studios of Music in Davie, Florida, then transferred to Pembroke Pines where he was the first instructor hired to teach guitar and piano at Music Tech Studios.  He taught part-time at the Wizbang Banjo Shop, where he honed his acoustic and bluegrass performance skills and has taught private lessons from 2002 to present. Since moving to Port Saint Lucie, Fl Eric has continued to teach private students in their home and has last year become a published author.
