Creative Arts Director

I have known Alexis for quite sometime. As the former Associate Director of Bands, at Wake Forest University, Alexis has been a student of mine and also served as one of my staff. I have observed her as a musician, student and leader. Without fail, Alexis has always demonstrated exceptional character, integrity and expertise. Her capabilities are vast, but her ability to work well with others is her strongest quality. Alexis is courageous and is not afraid of a challenge. She is well liked by her peers and respected by instructors. Alexis Lynetta Montgomery is a fine addition to any staff and a great choice for instructor. Philip Morgan wrote on Wed, 08 Jul 2015

    An excellent musician and teacher

As Lynetta's high school band director, I have been able to experience her musicianship and her leadership. She was well respected by her peers and able to communicate things to them in ways I was not able. She has never met a challenge too great either personally or musically. Her understanding of theory combined with an amazing natural talent and her ability to communicate both to others makes her a great teacher! She is also a person of integrity and respect, and generally fun to be around. Music lessons with her would prove to be both successful and fun. I would recommend her to anyone looking to start an instrument fresh or improve their skills on one more familiar. A. Michelle Morgan wrote on Mon, 13 Jul 2015
