I was first taught a scale and practiced untill my finger bones ached, then I expanded to every position, I moved up from there learning more about modes, and transitions in music. I've played 5 bars when I was younger with my dad being there of course. I played farmjam 3 years running. I play every now and then with some dudes down my street but I'm better than them except the drummer, I'm no drummer. But my bro is and we Jam often. Tool, hendrix, mostly that. But I could learn anything.

I've taught over 45 people over the RDU area over the last 2 years, most have been satisfied. I think only 4 people said that I was too hard on them and there fingers were hurting after the first day. But all others including my friends down the street were satisfied. I mostly taught blues and fingerpicking. Some metal but not a bucket full. I teach children very well, I love children. I've taught kids as young as 5 to play piano pretty well. But I can teach anyone for I have a very likable personality, and I am a very straight up, old fashioned, professional type of man.
