In support of developing personalized guitar lessons I bring a Mass Communications degree in Advertising from Virginia Commonwealth University as well as advanced photography courses at the Art Institute of Denver, combined with creative and photography experience supporting advertising and news activities as well as photography sales. My background includes working with students male and female spanning the ages of 10-30 years old, playing in bands over the last 10 years, and assisting concert organization/promotion. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with other team members, management, and students. Strong organizational and problem solving skills. A history of demonstrating highly superior customer service. Excellent driving record (0 Points). Reliable and energetic, possess 10 years of face to face customer service and/or music industry experience.
