Formal Education:
I've been a college music student for two years and have been composing/producing for 6 years. I've played guitar for 4 years, sung since I was a child, and have played intermediate piano for a few semesters.
Private Education:
I took private guitar lessons for two years and am being mentored by Dr. Anderson-Himmelspach, Professor Trey Gunter, and others in music composition and production. I've studied voice with Ms. Colleen Mallette for a year, guitar with Mr. Kenny Rannals for 2 years, and piano with Mr. Guillermo Martinez for 2 years.
Performing Experience:
I have been in musical theatre, have sung in choir and played in band. I composed original music for several musical shows at my high school. On top of that, I record my own songs and help people record and compose their own songs. In college, I participate in choir, orchestra, and voice recitals.
Experience Teaching:
I've taught people such as my friends and relatives how to play guitar and have given singing instruction as well. I also taught several people how to use music production software such as GarageBand or Logic Pro so that they can record their own songs!

Voice lesson with Meghan
My 8 year old daughter, Lucy, had her first vocal lesson with Meghan on Wednesday. The lesson went very well and Lucy is excited to go back! First lesson
My daughter is 8 and very shy. Meghan was able to get her to open up a bit. She had alot of fun and is already looking forward to going back. Meghan offered good advice and input on my daughter'voice. I was very pleased. We will be bumping up to an hour lesson after our first 4 are done.. thanks! Great instructor.
