Review of Pablo A.
During the course of his studies, I have had the pleasure of working with Pablo for past two years as a graduate student in the Jazz Studies Program at the University of New Orleans. I know Pablo to be a very intelligent and talented musician with an excellent work ethic and a strong ability to play the guitar and piano. He has gained considerable knowledge with regard to music pedagogy and skills necessary for proper music development. I was able to observe Pablo teach and present a lecture to his colleagues on two occasions, and I thought he did an admirable job. He can communicate and demonstrate musical concepts in a way that is accessible to a wide variety of students and can present his ideas using current music technology. He possesses very good people skills and I believe he would make an excellent team player and teacher. Steve Masakowski wrote on Wed, 24 Feb 2016
Associate Professor
I am an associate professor of music at UNO where Pablo earned his Master of Music degree in Jazz Studies. I was his jazz composition/arranging instructor, applied piano instructor, graduate advisor, and I sat on his graduate committee. He was a very hard working student with a pleasant disposition who was always easy to work with. As far as teaching goes, his comprehensive exam paper was on creating a jazz course. It was an excellent paper with insight into his love for and knowledge of music. It clearly showed his passion for teaching. It is for these reasons that I would recommend him for a position at Taylor Robinson Music. Victor Atkins wrote on Tue, 01 Mar 2016
