Born to play music, Jerry began his career as a guitarist at the tender age of 10. He went on to play piano, bass, and drums. While in school, he played the tuba, French horn, and clarinet. During his high school years, he discovered jazz and it became a love of his although he was influenced by gospel music. He later went to college and majored in guitar performance later majored in music marketing. Music education has always been a desire for him. He has been teaching for over 20 years. He says that music education preserves the arts that is dying off. Not only being an accomplished musician he also produces music for other artists. It is through this that creativity comes out of him.

Two Thumbs Up!
This is my first time learning to play an instrument and Jerry is kind and very patient. I like that he started me with the fundamentals...learning the scales and chords.
