Eastman School of Music class of 1972

Private Education:

I studied piano with Anton Rudinsky. (former protege of Bela Bartok)

I have performed across the country as accompanist for the "Soldier's Chorus", Washington, DC. I have also done countless engagements for various venues that include major events, weddings, clubs, concerts, and church affairs.

Experience Teaching:

I have taught privately and for organizations for over thirty years. I am familiar with all the popular method books. My teaching style parallels the conservatory method, but I use it in a much more fun way for students. I am strong on emphasizing the fundamentals of music; and because of my composition background, I include music theory in my teaching.
