Hello! I am a local music teacher in Bellingham, WA. I teach guitar and piano to all ages. I have 14 years of experience on piano and 9 years on guitar. I have been teaching both for approximately 3 years. I own a recording studio in Bellingham called Polymorphic Productions. I wrote and produced the music for a radio documentary, and I have performed on stage many times at a variety of venues. I have been playing music in a band for a number of years now and have the experience necessary to teach playing music in a group setting. I am familar with many different styles of music and prepared to teach people what they want to learn, when they want to learn it.

Levi Ma is proficient in and teaches Guitar Lessons, Keyboard and Piano Lessons, Song Writing Lessons .Formal Education:
I was formally taught piano at age 8 for a number of years and received my initial guitar lessons at age 13 from my father who is also a guitarist.
Private Education:
For the last 8 years I have studied guitar privately and taught myself the more advanced concepts involved with writing and performance.
I have been playing piano for approximately 14 years and have privately expanded upon the formal training I recieved as a child to discover advanced musical concepts.
Performing Experience:
I have performed a number of times as a solo acoustic act. I have been the sole musician for an entire full length musical. I wrote and produced 15 songs for a historical radio documentary. I play guitar and piano for a local musical imrov group. I have performed with a few bands around town and am in the process of recording a demo for my current band.
Experience Teaching:
I have been teaching private Guitar and Piano lessons for approximately 3 years now. I currently teach music at an elementary school and have been doing so off and on for approximately 2 years.
