My name is Darshell, and I'm a certified Music Educator in the Northern and Central New Jersey areas. I’ve dedicated myself to providing a well-rounded music education to young people everywhere. I graduated from Lycoming College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Piano Performance and received a Master of Arts Degree in Musicology from Rutgers University. My music background includes keyboard, vocal, recorder and drum instruction as well as lessons in music history, theory, composition and performance. The information taught in these classes is based on the curriculum I've written and published entitled, The Quality Music Instruction Series. If you are interested in a music program that serves as a solid foundation for a formal music education and diverse music experience, please feel free to enroll with me.

I've performed at official ceremonies for state dignitaries such as former New Jersey Attorney General Paula T. Dow, Juvenile Justice Commission Executive Directors Howard L. Beyer and under Governor James McGreevy and Veleria N. Lawson under Governor Jon S. Corzine. Also, I've traveled performing at school and church functions throughout the United States.
