I sang my first karaoke song at age 6. It was "You were meant for me" by Jewel. I started performing tap and ballet at age 4, and led the trio through our performance as the other girls practically watched on videotape. I knew every step and every word. At age 11, I enrolled in middle school choir, but it wasn't until high school chorus where I developed my passion for singing. We were able to tour the country, winning every competition that we went to. My senior year, we flew to Italy where I performed with 2 choirs winning 1st and 2nd place against professional choirs from all over the world. We were blessed enough to sing our finale in the colosseum in Verona Italy. After high school. I met a talented guitarist who I started playing with at blues jams. After a short hiatus through college, the two us of started the project, Tears of a Tyrant. As a four-piece band, we perform every weekend all around Central Florida. Recently evolved is our duo we call Jestelle.

An Excellent Vocalist
I have known Danielle for over four years, and have been lucky to share the stage with her as a band mate for 3-1/2 of those years. In the time that I have known her, Danielle has always impressed with her professionalism, and dedication towards perfecting her craft. She is an excellent singer who always pours her heart and soul into her performances. I have never had any doubts about her capabilities as as musician. In addition to her responsibilities as the lead singer of our band, she has also put in the work to ensure that the quality of the back-up vocals are the best they can be as well. Her skill and and efforts have resulted in a tangible improvement in the overall vocal execution of our band. I have been a musician for over 24 years, earned a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Performance, and have taught both privately and as a supplemental instructor for several high school ensembles.
