I’m a professional violinist and violist based in Chicago. Drawing from 24 years of violin practice, I work as a freelance composer and performer for both private and public events. My areas of focus are classical music and improvisation, as well as audio engineering. I'm currently looking to expand my teaching practice.

If Not Now, When?, Chicago (June 26, 2016) Perform violin at Chicago Cultural Center. Footage will be used in film “Formidable Dreams.” The Standing Nymph and the Man, Chicago (May 28, 2016) Perform solo set, celebrating the reopening of Studebaker Theater in downtown Chicago. Dance of the Furries: A Drama in Exile, Chicago (March 27, 2016) Composer for ballet. Part of Fall 2016 residency at High Concept Laboratories. Johnny Young Band, Winter Tour (December 2015) Play violin and tour with the Johnny Young Band through the Southern and Western US. Child of the Witch, Chicago (May 2, 2015) Composer for ballet (30 min). Performed at Cards Against Humanity’s black box theater. One of a kind
I met Hanna while playing a show and soon after began performing together, Hanna is a highly accomplished artist and can play just about anything from bluegrass to classical to avant garde & jazz..
