Review About Me
Ivan is a composer, teacher, director, and singer. He has sung several operas and oratorios internationally. Ivan co-founded and directed the award winning 505 young men a'capella chorus in Albuquerque, NM. He composes choral, vocal, and instrumental works. The Albuquerque Journal calls him an "admiral singer." In vocal pedagogy he teaches an expressive technique which will help the voice last. In piano pedagogy he teaches the classical, jazz, and other repertoire, but also has a self-designed pedagogy on improvisatory piano.
Ivan Mi has over 8 years of music experience in the New York area.
Ivan Mi is proficient in and teaches Keyboard and Piano Lessons, Vocal Lessons, Song Writing Lessons .Formal Education:
Bachelor of Music Education and Bachelor of Music - Vocal Performance with a minor in Piano Performance from University of New Mexico.
