I performed in many youth symphonies during high school, as we moved around quite a bit. After I graduated college, I played in community orchestras, chamber orchestras, quartet gigs, duets, and soloistically. I have been a worship leader at church and led music from the piano, while singing. I have also played the violin for years in different churches. While living in Vienna, I performed house concerts with a good friend who is a touring concert violinist.  I also have five years experience as an accompanist of high school choirs, jazz ensembles, and solo performances at regional and state festivals. I have been the guest conductor of two high school honors orchestras, prepping the two days before hand and leading the orchestra.

I have 20 years of private teaching experience, having established three studios in my home in three different states. I teach ages 4-mature adult. I have run my own administration and have managed my own recitals on a yearly basis. Seasonly, I have as many as 55 students at a time.
