I have always viewed music as an escape or a getaway, a way for me to express who I am and what it is that I am feeling. I value the emotion, the commitment, the lyrics, the ballad, as well as the production behind the scenes of each and every piece. At the age of 8, I had the privilege to start working in Branson, Missouri in a show for 5 years. Singing, dancing and acting.. a triple threat! During that time, I had many other performances at the Chiefs Stadium here in Kansas City, the American Royal, and I had the honor at the age of 13 to sing the National Anthem for the Vice President of the United States, Dick Cheney.  Shortly after, I went to Nashville and earned myself a recording contract with Castle Records. I worked with many songwriters, producers, and artists to make an album that consisted of 4 songs that were my own. However, my parents both ended up getting ill at the same time. My mother with cancer, my father losing all but 25% of his eyesight. Our lives took a turn. Singing got put to the side, to ensure that my parents were well taken care of, and I would not have that any other way. I am now 26 years old, and my parents are alive and well. I also have a little boy who also shares the same passion as me. Music has always been a significant part of my life, and continues to be to this day.
