My name's Tyler, originally from Tennessee but I've relocated to Alabama. I'm 27 years old and I've been playing drums, guitar, bass and piano since I was about 13. I enjoy working with and serving people.
Tyler M has over 13 years of music experience in the Athens area.
Tyler M is proficient in and teaches Guitar Lessons, Drum Lessons .Formal Education:
I have formal training with Dr. Mark Lee at Columbia State Community College. I performed guitar with the performance ensemble and took individual piano and guitar classes as well. I also performed snare in high school for the Culleoke pep band in 2006-2007.
Private Education:
I took drum lessons from a fellow named Chad Hunley in 2003-2004. Chad graduated from Berklee College of Music.
Performing Experience:
I have about 13 years of experience performing live and in studio with different groups. I've toured most of the southeast and mid-southwest playing drums for a few different bands. I also played drums for a church I was attending from late 2010 to late 2011.
Experience Teaching:
I gave a few lessons at shows back in 2009, I also gave drum lessons for a fellow member of the church I was drumming at in 2011, Trinity Family Church in Columbia, TN.
