Alyssa S. Recomendation
I have had the opportunity to observe Alyssa in several roles over the last year. She is extremely reliable, punctual, patient and responsible. She would be a tremendous asset to any organization fortunate enough to hire her. She is a musician of very high caliber and would inspire students to reach their potential. I highly recommend Alyssa for this teaching opportunity. Sean Turner wrote on Wed, 19 Oct 2016
Professional, personable and approachable
I highly recommend Alyssa. She's very knowledgeable and experienced in the music field, and has a great outgoing personality which would contribute highly to the learning experience for students of any age. I've worked with Alyssa and can attest that she goes above and beyond to ensure expectations are exceeded. She's able to be professional while maintaining an approachable, easy-going, patient and understanding attitude. She's one of an extremely short list of people I've met that I would describe as being a professional's professional, and have no doubt that Alyssa would quickly become a very valuable asset for you. Voice Instructor at McNally Smith and Macalester College
I was Alyssa's private lesson instructor for 2 years at McNally Smith College of Music. Not only is Alyssa an incredibly talented and versatile vocalist, she is also extremely responsible and organized, has a very strong work ethic, and is incredibly kind and a pleasure to be around. Alyssa has always been very self motivated, which in my opinion is something you cannot teach. She came to lessons prepared and focused. She also was a mentor to other students and provided excellent feedback and constructive criticism during master classes. Alyssa has great understanding of vocal technique for all styles, vocal anatomy, music theory and composition. Any student would be extremely lucky to have her as a voice teacher.
