Music enthusiast since being a toddler, going through my Fathers' LPs and 45s. Began playing drums at 8, DJ at 13, and started teaching lessons at 15 to friends closeby. Teaching professionally since 18, focusing on fundamentals, as well as understanding rhythm and tempo. Teach the basics and techniques,with emphasis on educating students on various rhythms, and how they work, which gives them a better understanding, leading to a less repetitious, yet more enjoyable lesson for both student, and instructor.

Played in various groups for 20 years. Several performances with Greenwood Community, and Abbeville Theaters, as well as Lander University Drama Department.Recording, and producing for 25 years. Currently play with students at concerts, and recitals. Â

14 years teching at Newells Music Academy. Began Drum Skool in Greenwood, S.C. in 2002 thru 2011, teaching students of all ages. Currently teaching through a music store since moving in 2012.
